I was raised in Hamilton and have always lived and breathes health andfitness,
I have a certificate in Personal Trainingm, a Bachelors Degree in Health, Sport and Human Performance and am currently completing a graduate Diploma in Secondary Teaching.
From a trainers perspective, I love helping people, sharing my passion for the health and fitness industry and seeing people achieve their goals. My advice to people starting theor helth journey is that nothing worth having comes easy, so it will sometimes be hard but hard work pays off and you wil be successful if you stick at it,
