I am pursuing a Bachelor of Sport and Human Performance at Waikato University. Although I’m still in the process of completing my certifications, I’m thrilled to learn and grow at Hauora Tangata.
One of my proudest achievements to date has been representing New Zealand across different sports, including the national womens volleyball and inline hockey teams. I also enjoy hitting the gym, and spending time with friends and whānau.
My advice I’d give to others is that health and fitness is a journey that requires patience and dedication. Start with realistic targets that align with your lifestyle. Consistency is essential; small, lasting changes deliver major results. Above all else, enjoy the journey and recognise your accomplishments along the way!
