’m currently finishing my Bachelor’s in Sport, Health and Human Performance with a minor in Psychology. I’ve been fortunate to represent Aotearoa on the world stage for Waka Ama in both 2022 and 2024, and I’m passionate about movement, culture, and creativity. Born and raised in the Tron, I love being part of the health and wellness industry because nothing beats that feeling of achieving a PB—or even better, watching someone else smash theirs. Outside of study and training, you’ll find me surfing, swimming, making art, or out running with my puppy. My advice to anyone starting their hauora journey? Be proud—proud of even thinking about starting, because that first step is already a win.
