I have recently completed my Bachelor of Social Sciences, in Psychology and Human Performance Science at Waikato University.
I love being able to inspire and motivate others to perform to the best of their abilities. I love everything to do with Health and wellness from creating nourishing meals, to trying out a new workout.
I enjoy baking wholefood recipes, hiking, being at the beach and spending time with my whānau.
My advice for anyone who wants to improve their hauora is “take the first step, choose a form of movement that you enjoy and go from there”. Youve got to put in the hard work – no one else will do it for you. Most of all keep it simple and have fun with it!”.
