My interest in Health and Fitness started when I was in high school. Being an athlete and going through injury recoveries and then going through my own weight loss journey later in my life. These events have been defining moments and have shaped my Personal Training career. I can understand the principles of reaching realistic goals by using tailor-made exercise prescriptions for success.
I have received my qualification from New Zealand Institute of Health & Fitness – Level 4 & 5, Personal and Group Fitness Training
