Some of the benefits include exposure to a social and fun environment, a safe and effectively designed workout, variety in your workouts, a consistent training schedule and a workout that requires no prior exercise knowledge or experience. Hale Health group fitness classes are suitable for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. Each class is run by a qualified instructor.
Our new ultimate classes aim to educate, motivate and keep you accountable. Our goal is to get you exercising regularly and enjoying it in a small group environment. There is 19 small group fitness training designed to step it up a level, increase fitness levels and improve in strength while getting coached by a qualified fitness trainer.
