Our Hiwa-i-te-rangi programme is a FREE 6 week group program specifically designed for women. All participants will have access to one on one support from a Whanau Ora Navigator to personalize their journey.

The purpose of the programme is to help and support wāhine realize their dreams and aspirations so they can reach their potential (much like what the matariki star Hiwa-i-te-rangi represents)

We provide tools and strategies that help you to:

Explore what’s important to you
Set goals
Find ways to achieve your goals
Self-help strategies
Overcome barriers
Build confidence
Develop a support network
Be self-motivated

This is a MSD funded program so eligibility criteria applies
